Hersheypark and Giant Center
- Culinary Team Members are responsible for maintaining appropriate
levels of all food items at all times, placing orders for food
in a timely manner, and creating aesthetically pleasing presentations
of all food to include display props
Culinary Team Members are assigned to the following locations:
Giant Center Suites
Tudor Grille at Hersheypark
The Hotel Hershey
- Culinary Interns will learn banquet preparation, Garde Manger and
Line positions; execute plate-ups, buffets and a la carte service
in a kitchen that makes 90% of its products from scratch. Rotation
within departments will be based on the student’s abilities and
desire to excel
- Pastry Intern positions are only offered at
The Hotel Hershey. Interns will learn a la carte service, bulk
production for banquets, banquet execution and morning baker positions.
Interns will have the opportunity to see and learn chocolate and
sugar work, wedding cakes and showpieces
Hershey Lodge
- Culinary Interns will learn banquet preparation,
Garde Manger and Line positions; execute plate-ups, buffets and
a la carte service in a kitchen that makes 90% of its products
from scratch. Rotation within departments will be based on the
student’s abilities and desire to excel
Hershey Country Club
- Culinary Interns will learn banquet preparation, Garde Manger and
Line positions; execute plate-ups, buffets and a la carte service
in a kitchen that makes 90% of its products from scratch. Rotation
within departments will be based on the student’s abilities and
desire to excel
