Is food your forte? Restaurant Service your niche? Explore the Food & Beverage Concentrations! With over 15 restaurant operations, Hershey has a flavor for every style!

Interns in this concentration will be responsible for:

• Maintaining guest service and hospitality standards
• Learning labor and food cost procedures, cash control and opening and closing procedures
• Overseeing service, including guest satisfaction, safety and sanitation according to regulations
• Shadowing and learning operational standards for areas including Host, Server, Server Assistant, Barback, Attendant, Cashier, Runner & Order Taker.
