Paid Time Off
Paid time off with pay is available to eligible full-time employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. Paid-time is based on the employment date and length of eligible service.
& Resorts recognizes certain days as holidays, and pays eligible full-time employees for time off on these days in accordance with applicable provisions.

Employee Assistance Program
& Resorts recognizes that employees may have personal concerns, related or unrelated to work, which may have a detrimental impact on the employee at home or work. Hershey

We will make available to all full-time employees and their eligible dependents the services of an off-site, confidential employee assistance program. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides professional, confidential problem assessment, counseling and when necessary, referral services to assist employees in resolving their personal concerns.

the Company provides to the public. The Partners in Privileges program
provides discounts for employees who wish to purchase selected merchandise
