Convention Services:

Rooms Division:
For over 75 years, Hershey Resorts has hosted a variety of guests, which include families on their summer vacation, celebrities, government delegates and business professionals. We look for team members who greet our guests with a welcoming smile, take pride in ensuring each guest room is flawless, the public areas are spotless, or the bottle of champagne is chilled and ready to be served when the guest enters the room.

Marketing:
Our marketing team works together to promote the biggest names in the entertainment industry at Giant Center, the newest attractions at Hersheypark, and the banquet space at the Hershey Resorts. We look for creative individuals passionate about public relations, promotions, creating advertisements and radio ads, graphic and webpage design, videography, or providing excellent customer service for our guests reserving rooms or conference space.

Sales:
With a reputable legacy and many awards to prove our excellence, our sales team of professionals has an invaluable advantage every time they present Hershey as a family destination, sell tickets to special events, or book meetings and convention space. Our sales team works in the local market and also covers other geographical areas from satellite offices. We look for individuals capable of building professional networks and business relationships in the entertainment and hospitality industry in the local and national markets.

Human Resources:
The Human Resources team believes in “The Power of WE” and takes pride in ensuring that all employees are given the necessary tools to continue our legacy of excellence. Information Technology:
From the computers that reserve guest rooms to the revolutionary audio-visual tools used during conference meetings, information technology affects all aspects of business operations. Our Centralized Information Technology team provides support to end users from both local and remote sites and ensures that networks, software, and hardware are operating efficiently. The solutions provided by the information technology team ensures that business goals are met, guest expectations are exceeded, and that we continue to advance as new technology is developed.

Finance and Accounting:
Do you like to crunch numbers or manage corporate and project finances? Our accounting and finance team bring the entertainment and hospitality industries together at our corporate headquarters. They ensure that more than 6,000 employees receive their paycheck, provide internal audits, asset management and more.

Safety and Security:
The safety and security of our guests and employees is extremely important. We host a variety of guests and visitors including families at Hersheypark, celebrities performing at Giant Center, as well as government diplomats holding a conference at the Hershey Lodge. Every team member, from security guards to the director of safety and security- play an important role in ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Spa:
Our guests come from near and far to experience our chocolate inspired treatments, which include Whipped Chocolate Baths and Chocolate Fondue Wraps. Many of our guests are first time visitors to a spa and depend on our staff to provide them with a memorable experience. We look for professional spa staff who are capable of coordinating and scheduling treatments or able to provide services such as massages or facials, as well as individuals who are experienced in managing a high-volume and luxurious Spa and fitness club.

Golf Services and Operations:
Our golf courses carry the tradition and prestige of championship golf that are at the heart of the Hershey Resorts golf experience. We look for individuals who are able to perform the diverse range of duties, which include maintenance of the golf course tees, fairways, and greens to managing the equipment operators throughout the multiple golf courses including those at the Hershey Country Club.

Retail:
