Q. I do not see any positions related to my background. May I send you my resume?
To qualify for any of our positions, you must complete an application electronically on HersheyJobs.com. Resumes that are mailed or e-mailed will not be considered.

Q. I have submitted 2 applications on your website and I am unable to submit another.
We would like you to narrow down your employment options to the positions that are most applicable to your experience. Therefore, our policy is that you may only be actively considered for 2 positions at a time.

Q. I received an e-mail inviting me to an interview. However, I am not available during any of the time slots provided. How may I re-schedule for another time?
Once you have declined the interview invite due to a scheduling conflict, we will notify you via e-mail when additional time slots for the position have been added.

Q: How do I apply for a position with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts?
To apply for a position, visit HersheyJobs.com and click on Apply Now. Review the current listing of job openings and apply for the position(s) that best fit your qualifications.

Q: I can’t find the position I am looking for, what should I do?
You can sort the job listings page by clicking on the tab that says “view jobs” at the top of the screen. You can sort job positions by status, position title, division and date posted.

Q: What are the typical working hours of a part-time position?
The working hours of each position will vary. Working hours for most part-time positions may include working weekends, evenings and holidays. To learn about specific working hours for a position, please refer to the working conditions section located within the job description.

Q: How old do I have to be to apply?
We hire individuals starting at 14 years of age at Hersheypark. Positions are limited for 14 and 15 year olds. If you are interested in working at the Hershey Resorts properties such as The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, or the Hershey Country Club, we start hiring individuals ages 16 and older. Ages will vary according to property and position. To view the age requirement for any position, refer to the qualifications section located within the job description.

Q: I applied for a job and have not heard anything back. What should I do?
Remember to check your email frequently regarding your application. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your application to be reviewed. you do have the ability to review the status of your application by logging into your account.

Q: How should I dress for the interview?

During the interview process a prospective employee should instill a sense of professionalism in their own image that reflects their work ethic. Q: What are your employment office hours?
A: The Employee Resource Center is open from 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday and is located at 75 E. Derry Street., Hershey, PA 17033.
