Paid time off is available to eligible full-time employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. Paid-time is based on the employment date and length of eligible service.

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts recognizes certain days as holidays, and pays eligible full-time employees for time off on these days in accordance with applicable provisions.

We will make available to all full-time employees and their eligible dependents the services of an off-site, confidential employee assistance program. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides professional, confidential problem assessment, counseling and when necessary, referral services to assist employees in resolving their personal concerns.
